On coming out of hibernation my system is going to blue screen with the above error message. This has happened twice in the last couple of days. It initially happened when I installed a second monitor to my Surface Pro 5 so I removed the 'management' tool that I downloaded for the monitor (SAMSUNG LU28E590DS). It has started happening again but I've not installed anything else recently.I switched on Minidumps and got (120121-15218-01.dmp) today.Can anyone suggest the problem and ways of addressing it, please.TIA,Tony.
