Unable to Extend volume or create a new volume from an unallocated partition Win server 2012R2

Hi guys,Im trying to extend the the disk space on a win2021 server VM. Im trying to extend it from 2 TB to 3TB. I extended the HD space on the vsphere, and i can see the unallocated space in the server Computer Management, but Im not able to use it, as you can see from below. I am the admin. Any suggestions?
