Hello. So i have a problem in my Laptop and i don't know how to fix it. (Windows 10 pro)my laptop lags after using for a short time And every app's FPS is going 12-35 and alot of drop framesEven tho i Closed all running programs its still laggingAnd everytime i refresh the laptop the icons take like 3 seconds to appear again i mean before the lag starts the refresh was like less than 1 secondi asked computer pros and they told me to RE-install windowsand also i asked more people and they told me the same thing Like i even asked my computer teacher.
