Hello, My HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus printer appears influenced by Microsoft Windows 10 updates. A file requested to be printed following the printing of a previous item can sit in the printer queue for around 20 minutes or so whether deliberately deleted or otherwise. Further requests to print recreate a veritable log jam. A more computer literate family member quickly discovered that the HP driver I had installed had been replaced by a Microsoft variant, and after he removed it and then replaced it with the original HP driver all was well.
