Windows 11 path to long

So this is just odd every other utility can extract these files. This is such a simple thing why not update it to not care?Ensure you read this...Even though the path is to long if you double click on the zip and copy the first folder and paste it into another directory all the files are there. If you extract you can get the "path to long" issue.RegEdit at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\FileSystem "LongPathsEnabled" set to 1 with reboot doesn't fix it either.Lets get this fixed so it is no longer an issue in Windows.
