Could not remove an account used by other apps, neither is there a remove button nor a disconnect button in access work or school

hi! So currently I accidentally signed in my Microsoft account to an administrator user. I want to remove my Microsoft account in accounts used by other apps. I have done quite a research for this. unfortunately, I could not solve the problem. There's no remove button under the account only manage one. In the access work or school section, there's nothing including the disconnect button as well. Can anyone give me a solution please
