Switch User option has disappeared

I am running Vista Ultimate. I installed a Checkpoint VPN software program
and after that the option to Switch User disappeared from the log off screen.
I saw some forum answers which suggested it might be something to do with the
software so I have uninstalled it. But still the Switch User option isn't
there.
How do I turn it back on?
Any help much appreciated.

Hello,

check if the Group Policy for that is set. Run -> gpedit.msc -> Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> System -> Logon -> set "Hide entry points for Fast User Switching" to "Disabled".
