Recently ive moved countries and started to live in a city, also while getting a good internet provider with ethernet cable. Ive used a laptop for a few months with no problem, and around a month ago i got myself a pc. Yet at (more or less) 7 pm my ping and packet loss skyrockets, making it impossible to play or connect to any servers up until 10-11 pm. Ive factory reset the network settings on both the provider and pc. What can i do to fix this and what is the problem?
