CPU is 100% while GPU rests at 2% while playing roblox

Whenever I play a game like Roblox my CPU will go up to 100% and gpu will be only 1-2%. Why?My specs: AMD A9 7TH GEN, AMD RADEON R5 GRAPHICS, CPU IS AMD A9-9425 RADEON R5 5 COMPUTE CORES 2C+3G RAM 4GB
