I want to move Windows 10 from an SSD to an M.2 - What is the best way?

I have windows 10 on a 240GB SSD and it is starting to fill and is a slow boot. I have cleared items that were booting with windows and keeping it to a minimum. With me upgrading my PC to multiple M.2 drives, I would like to move Windows to one of these drives versus the SSD that it is on now, for speed and for storage. What is the best way to do this?
