So frustrated! I upgraded to windows 11 .. hated it and TRIED to revert back to windows 10 and now my printer will not work! i have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times .. I have had paid experts try ( most just remove and try and re-install) I have RESET with the option to keep apps and setting .. did not work .Other computers (my work Dell and my wife's MAC ) can print to the printer. I can print SOME test pages in some of the HP applications (HP support assistant but HP smart ap gives a print spooler test error). I even tried to install it witrh a USB cable .. same issue! can any
