I hope Microsoft can help and remedy this. It is very frustrating.My Dell OptiPlex 7060 desktop computer and its specs aren't bad: Core i7 - ram 16 - gt 730 nvidia card, but my system lags a lot when I start Photoshop. I checked the task manager and it showed me that the CPU and memory usage was less than 15% and the CPU showed that I had a high power usage.And I have another problem, that after installing Windows, the mobile phone which ( Samsung galaxy note 10+ ) is not recognized, I have searched for it using drivers and windows updates, but to no avail
