My brand new Reverb G2 shipped with the older style cable from the Microsoft Store. I have an AMD cpu and have been having issues that are supposed to be resolved with the newer cable that should have shipped with this unit. Contacting support is impossible as you can't seem to get a hold of a person. The phone support directs you to the website, and the chat support times out after an hour. How do I resolve this?
