Hello,I recently "upgraded" my PC from Core 2 duo E6300 to Dual core E6700. and also got new ram sticks total up to 8gb ddr2. I am running win 10pro 32bit currently but due to the limitation of the operating system only 3.2gb of RAM is usable and the processor is stuck at 1.56GHz even though the base speed is 3.2GHz. I use this PC as a file server and Plex server.I decided to upgrade to 64bit Win 10 Pro OS. I used the media creation tool to create a USB and when I boot using the USB it doesn't get past the dos style loading files screen, when the blue windows logo pops up and the computer rest
