I recently switched to gigabit internet and for some reason on this dektop (built myself) I am not able to get more than 100 mbps on ethernet or wi-fi. This is only happening with my PC because I have tried it with every other device in the house. The Ethernet cable is fine because I tested the connection with multiple Ethernet cables with my laptop and they all work fine getting high speeds with a cat 5e cable. My computer is able to receive gigabit speeds and the link speed (recieve and transmit) is 1000/1000 mbps. I am afraid that I have to do a clean install of windows but if I can avoid
