i tried to change my windows username and now i cant log in to my account

Alright, i need help. I tried to change my C/Users folder username and everything on my profile is gone.I did it from Registry editor, Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList\S-5-21-the profile i wanted to change the username of.I changed the ProfileImagePath thing and restarted my computer.Then 100 GB worth of stuff was gone.I tried changing back the username on a "temporary profile" because i had no other admin account.didn't work.Then i followed this tutorial
