HEVC Video Extensions and HEIF Image Extensions

Hi,I have purchased and installed the HEVC Video Extensions, and also installed the HEIF Image Extensions.I still can't open .HIF files. Anyone have any ideas for troubleshooting?By the way, I could not find a way to contact MS support for MS-Store apps! Why is it not available or has been made so difficult to find?Thanks.
