My Desktop file is now the same file as my HDD and I don't know how to revert it.

Confusing I know but let me explain.So I have 2 disk drives in my PC, a 128GB SSD, Local Disk (C:) and a 1TB HDD, New Volume (D:). I wanted to put all the "practical" and power hungry softwares in my SSD and keep the rest in my HDD. So, stupid as I am, I thought it would be a good idea to change the location of the Desktop file which was in the local disk to New Volume (D:) by right clicking it > Properties > Location > Move... . I also did that to the Music file.Right after doing that, I noticed that all the files that were in New Volume (D:) were now also in my Desktop, which I foun
