Android Apps not showing up on Windows 11 Your Phone app

Hello,I have a Samsung S10e phone and two PCs (Surface Pro X Windows 10, Surface Pro 8 Windows 11) with Your Phone App installed on both. In both cases my android phone apps tab does not appear at all. I have re-installed the app and made sure everything is updated. The available tabs are: Notifications, Messages, Photos, and Calls - which all work fine. The S10e is on the list of phones also. Why is this and how to fix for both PCs?
