Accidentally updated to Windows 11 64 bit from Windows 10, slowed down my laptop, uninstalled Windows 11 but laptop is still slowed. Please help

Information on laptop- Asus UX430UNR- 16G installed RAM- Intel Core i7-8550U- Currently on windows 10I used to play League of legends with no FPS issues and can run the game smoothly. Chrome has not issues running as well with multiple tabs open etc. After accidentally updating to windows 11, i could not run games let alone watching a youtube video on google chrome. I have tried updating my drivers, resetting and factory resetting my laptop but to no avail. Please help.
