Recurring crashes Windows 10

Hello,I have irregular but recurring crashes where the PC just goes off (no blue screen). I already removed and reinstalled Windows 10 and removed and reinstalled the graphic driver- Unfortunately without success. Error message (in German) from Event Viewer reads: Der Computer wurde nach einem schwerwiegenden Fehler neu gestartet. Der Fehlercode war: 0x00000116 (0xffffbd0ff5065010, 0xfffff8025001856c, 0xffffffffc000009a, 0x0000000000000004). Ein volles Abbild wurde gespeichert in:
