Hello All, I'm trying to download and install an update for my NVivo Qualitative Data Analysis software program. Every single time I've tried to update it, the Nvivo Update Installer opens, appears to download the update, and then Window's Installer opens and then I receive the error message "This installation package could not be opened. Contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package", which shuts the whole update process down.
