Cannot access IIS websites on Windows 10 from external sources

My problum: As long as I'm accessing my website from a local internet source, I have no trouble bringing it up . But when I try to call it from some source external to my internet, I receive this error code: 403: Forbidden This resource cannot be directly linked from external sites. or
