For a few days now I have been getting random USB-connection pop-ups "Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)" about once per minute and even when there are 0 USB devices connected.I can unplug my mouse, keyboard, and webcam and it will still give me this popup. I have tried moving my USB devices to the other USB-ports and all the ports seem to be working normally. I still get the notification. I have updated all my drivers, I have removed all my USB drivers, and I still get the notifications. Does anybody have any idea how to fix this (other than turning off system sounds and no
