I cancelled my OneDrive subscription before it was due to bill again, and I just got a notice from my bank that Microsoft billed me for yet another month. Today. AFTER I cancelled the subscription. I have searched the site everywhere to deal with this, and y'all make it nearly impossible to find anything like how to get a refund or to cancel a subscription! It took me two hours to find where I needed to go just to cancel it, and now I have to go through the same nonsense to get a refund -- that should not have been charged to me in the first place?
