Windows 10 security update No errors but red warning Your device is missing important security and quality fixes - no error message at all

All updates have installed successfully. No error messages except the red warningProblem started on the installation of the Malicious software removal tool X 64 v5.97. After reboot thats when I got the red warning. I cannot uninstall it and re-install because it does not show up in the uninstall section. Am at my wits end on how to fix this the troubleshooter sees no issues or errors
