I was having an issue creating a windows 10 image backup which kept on failing and on the advice of info I got online and the steps to remedy it was to make sure 2 services were set to automatic from manual. The 1st service was the block level backup engine service, the 2nd was the Remote procedure call (RPC). I set both to auto and started them. The windows backup image was successful after doing this. I then went back in to put both services back to manual. The block level service worked but when I tried to put the RPC back to manual all was greyed out and could not set it to manual. I boote
