26.8 used out of 29.1 gb on my laptop and no idea how to clear it

I have the Dell Inspiron 11-3168 x64-based PC and I only have 2.29 GB free on it. I went to disk cleanup for my C drive, clicked all the boxes to see how much I could clear and it only added up to 334 mb which is nothing... I want to reset my computer but it takes a lot of space to do that. Is there any way to free at least 8Gb? Disk cleanup is ruled out.
