USB 3 32GB flashdrive with Windows 10 21H1 update in ESD format. Can I save this to a folder in the hard drive and reclaim the flash drive?

I want to keep a copy as my old laptop was not accepting cumulative updates and it took many hours and contacts with Microsoft to get the ESD; I understand that it can be cloned to another Flash drive but this may take a long time to ascertain as internet searches seem fairly hopeless nowdays with large amounts of info. on irrelevant topics which include some of the words in the search. To make it clear; the ESD/ISO has been used and worked; I just want to store a copy for possible future re-sets.
