My laptop disk shows grub rescue after formatting the disk, same disk when in my pc starts the windows installer(I put after the format) NO USB

Hi,My laptop had Linux on it but I wanted Windows on it so i took out the disk and put it in my pc, formatted it and put the windows installer. When I started it with my pc it worked fine and started the installer. When i put it back in my laptop the grub rescue showed up. I tried to put back linux Pop!Os (same distro as before) after that but even with the usb installer grub rescue came up. I dont know what to do now and i need any os on my laptop in a week. Also, i dont have a usb for the installer.What do i do?
