Hello, this will be my first post here. so basically I have been having some issues with my laptop with a GTX 1650 TI lately, I will note the specs below, on a random day when I launched GTA: V, I noticed how bad the frame rate was (19 fps, usually its 90-100 fps) I checked if its accidentally using the integrated graphics but that was not the case, and my GPU temp was also very low than usual (38 C) I tried other games like Forza Horizon 5 and it was the same, I re-installed all display and graphics driver but that had no solutions, then I tried resetting my BIOS and turning on secure boot, i
