After the last MS update, I realized there was a problem when my search bar would not work in the start menu nor in file explorer. Then problems progressed: nearly all apps that come with Windows 10 crash. Microsoft tried resetting problem apps, and finally recommended reinstalling Windows 10. I took my Dell Inspiron to be serviced. They did reinstall WIndows 10 with updates (they say the security updates are essential) - didn't fix; replaced my SSD C;/ drive (twice). tried upgrading/reinstalling Windows with Version 21H2 ... may be worse than before.
