Cant claim free xbox game pass for pc for new laptop

Country - Indiaonce i am trying to add a new card for payment methodon the Cardholder Name columnkeep showing Check the info you entered. It doesn't match the info for this card. but i have already double check the info is correctI only have 12rs in my account , I get a message on my phone that Microsoft tried to bill me 80rs and due to insufficient funds transaction did not proceed.If the trail is free then why am i being charged?
