We purchased a Dell Inspiron 3583 computer for my nephew a little more than 3 years ago. His computer does not recognize the power cable and will not charge the battery, though it does run. He asked me to fix it. In doing so, I ran popular anti-virus software which located several viruses (not related to the power cable problem) and needed a reboot to remove them. Upon rebooting, Windows will no longer start.My problem is that I have no choice than to restore Windows but to do so I need the bit locker recovery key. I was told by Dell that the key could be located on the Microsoft account assoc
