Windows 10 issues - Thumbnail CR3

Hi !I have strange problem...i'm with Windows 10,i have a Canon EOS R using CR3 raw files,Windows 10 started to not showing all CR3 files in thumbnails...for example...if i have a folder with 100 pictures,it will show thumbnails only on 20-30,and when i click on the CR3 file,does not enlarge in the bigger preview window...?This happened since 1 month i believe.I have Raw image extension,never have issues similar to this ?!Any ideas ?
