Getting an error when running Microsoft Treasure Hunt saying its not available in my account. When I open it in the store, it shows owned.

Microsoft Treasure Hunt is currently not available in your account. Make sure you are signed in to the Store and try again. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001. When I look in the store, it shows owned.
