I've been trying to get this computer to upgrade and keep apps intact since one of the programs I own went out of business and won't be able to setup my license. I followed previous solved posts but to no avail. I mounted a drive letter to the boot partition, reversed all changed registry keys for user data, removed a quadro card and all nvidia drivers, disabled my onboard sound in the BIOS, ran scripts to fix permissions on files, registry, and services, disabled various drivers in device manager, uninstalled antivirus, ran a check disk, verified smart status on my ssd and ran an error check
