password protecting a program from being uninstalled on Windows 10 home without the availibilty of Local Group Policy

I want to make it hard for a program I already have on my computer from being uninstalled and would like to put a password up to prevent the program from being uninstalled but I can't use Local Group Policy option because that's not available on Windows Home 10 so what other option do I have?
