Error 0x80070643 in Windows Update!

Hello. I am experiencing update errors again and it seems that it is now error 0x80070643. The affected update is:Security Update for Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Service Pack 1 Redistributable Package (KB2538243). Any help would be appreciated!
