After dealing with bootmgr, I reinstalled windows 10 on the C drive but now everything is deleted and all of data is lost, so can I bring it back?

All of the data was erased when I used bootable USB to install windows 10. I also used copy command from command prompt to copy Bootmgr file from drive D to drive C. There was some overwriting message also. Can I bring my lost data back?
