The File Explorer jumping, changing focus, etc. has been happening for years across different versions of Windows and different PCs. No it's not color or picture selection. This issue presents itself to me when two or more instances of File Explorers are open and working (copy, move, whatever). One instance of File Explorer open but not being used, will jump all over the place while another instance of file explorer is copying, deleting, whatever. All of the supposed fixes through the years for this are work-arounds. These silly little "fixes" are not fixes. Something is wrong here. I've got l
