Actually, after a Windows Update reboot, my laptop already had been directed to Choose OS, Change Defaults & Other Options. But unfortunately, when I Choose any of the 2 OS available at my end, it only shows a Screen Wallpaper that has no Sign In or even a Dialogue Box to input my login password. I even tried the Ctrl-Alt-Del workaround but that didn't help.However, when I Choose Change Defaults & Other Options - Troubleshoot - Startup Settings (w/ hopes of logging in via Safe Mode) the Number Keys, F1 to F10 Keys & Enter Key are not working for unknown reasons. I was stuck on that
