In my WINDOWS 10 PC, well played DVD is not function well even open and play, how can I solve it?

Dear Sir, In my WINDOWS 10 PC, the DVD player is not yet to open the CD & play now. Previously it is working well, but now not yet open, after insert the CD. I humble request to guide me,, a man 73 years old, who didn't study the Basic knowledge of COMPUTER & to solve this Technically. Please guide me to do well. UMACHANDRAN VISWANATHAN.
