i use a razer viper miniokay. so i am a minecraft PVPer. i like playing the 1.8 version where you can still spam click. when I saw that my CPS was capped to 10, I thought that it was a hypixel problem. but when I went to a couple of CPS test websites, I can't go above 10. i tried using another mouse, but it is still capped at 10. i was butterfly clicking, and doing those usually end up giving you a fast 16 cps.how do i fix it? i couldn't find it in the settings. because i tried using multiple mice and websites, i am sure that this is a windows settings problem.I'm on a laptop btwanswers are ap
