I did a reset of my computer, deleting all files and reinstalling windows 10. This has never posed a problem before, until yesterday. I restarted my computer and eventually discovered that all windows apps were missing, I did eventually find the microsoft store app after hours of searching and using various commands and such, yet I couldn't seem to open the app. It didn't even open for a split second and then crash. It's like the only part of the Store that was installed was the icon itself and nothing else. I followed other threads on this website and tried a lot of different solutions, to no
