So I used the registry to change the taskbar color. That's it. That is all I did. And now I can't right or left click the start button or the search bar. And to add to it, Windows Explorer isn't working either. So I can't access my folders. I've changed all of the settings that I changed manually back to their default. But it still doesn't work. And I have tried using the DISM and SFC commands and neither of them work. They both say that I have insufficient access even though I am the only account on the device and not on a network.
