When I right-click on the small computer icon (bottom right-hand corner on the bottom taskbar), the pop-up box has completely changed and no other net

When I right-click on the small computer icon (bottom right-hand corner on the bottom taskbar) and open Network and Internet Settings, the box has completely changed?! It used to show all the different available networks etc and now it just shows my internet provider with its connection status directly below it. Below that is Network and Internet Settings with "change settings, such as making a connection metered" directly below that.I can click on Network and Internet Settings, which is shown in blue, and it just takes me to settings.There are no available networks (i.e the nearest connection
