My windows 10 C drive is full. Can I clone it and move it from disk 0 to disk 1 which has plenty of room?

My windows 10 C drive is full on disk 0. I have created a clone of C on disk 1, which has plenty of room, only containing a D data drive for data storage. How can I start booting from the clone from the current disk 1?
