Hello everyone, there is a picture that was taken in another country and sent through whatsapp by another person. In the picture it is night time. When it was sent through whatsapp and received onto the note 8, the date and time is November 5, 2019 3:24 PM with filename IMG-20191105-WA0018 as seen in the screenshot. When I am importing that same picture onto my C drive using windows 10's classic right-click on note 8 and selecting "import picture and videos" in windows explorer, I get a date and time of Nov 4, 2019 3:19:11 PM. I have imported many other pictures this way and almost all of them
