I've been using Windows 10 for about a year and recently I've sent my laptop to acer centre to fix my laptop and they reset laptop. My windows defender (virus and threat protection) is no longer visible under Windows security, and when I try to scan a file, it says "IT admin does not have access to specific places". I recently installed Office 365, which was authenticated by my school's account. I am not signed into my system with that account, and even others in my "school" (who actually use the school's account to sign in) can still use windows defender. I've never used an Anti virus so
